ok heres the deal mom asks me to format her computer so i do so and reinstall all da shit and she gives me a pcanywhere 10 disk from work so i install that asks me to reboot and reboot it goes to the windows xp loading screen and jus goes blank and does nothing i have no idea wat is wrong. ive formatted it twice since then same outcome i would really like some help maybe someone with experiance wit pcanywhere or something i would really like to get it going considering she uses the app everyday please help.

You don't know your ass from a whole in the ground thats the problem.

Try booting in to safe mode. If that works, try removing pcanywhere.
XP doesn't like pcanywhere 10 because of the *gina.dll
