ok heres one i usd to do find a program that someone uses a lot i usually do internet explorer anyway

open notepad

type "ren iexplore.exe iexplore.jpg"

save it as anything as long as the extension is .bat

pop it in the internet explorer folder click it and your done

Another wallpaper trick: Put the taskbar on the right edge of the screen, and resize it so its about a pixel high.  Then put a pic of the taskbar as the wallpaper.

Or just use VB for stuff like hiding the taskbar completely.

jesus christ, can't get that F shit to work.  Followed the steps to a T, i'm runnin windows XP Pro Corp sp1 xbeta edition.  And theres nothin wrong with having a girl roommate, we even share the same bathroom.  Not too many problems.  Women aren't that neat though.  Me and my other room mate are a lot cleaner and less lazy than she is.
