so i was surfing the web the other day, and i stumbled across an upcoming handheld console,
the pandora.it is supposed to have a 600 mhz cpu and 256 mb of ram. it also has a 800x480 pixel touchscreen (slightly wider than 480p if i recall correctly). it looks kinda like a ds, except it has 2 anologue "nubs" and a full qwerty keyboard. so far i am pretty impressed, its more of a netbook that someone crammed into a ds shell. it runs linux, so it is capable of many emulators and old school games, plus the option to use it as a desktop computer (web surfing with firefox 3, other computer stuff).
plus, it has usb host port, so i could hook up my 360 controller and play games with that while using the tv out on the big screen.
so what im wondering, has anyone heard of this thing? and i am so confused on whether it has been released for consumers or not. i see talk about a first batch being sold out (was this for devs?) and prep for a second batch. but then on the website above, i see a todo list talking about getting certification and other stuff. anybody have some more info?
