Installing 160gb Hdd

Ok it's been a long time since i.ve played around with an xbox. Just need to ask a couple of quick questions.  i modded my xbox with an xecuter 2.6ce and flashed with latest bios(i think) 5035. Set it up with slayers 2.7 on stock hdd and everything is working great. I want to put in a 160gb hdd. Do i just put it in and boot with slayers again. I dont care about saved games or anything and i dont want to ftp anything.
