Playstation 125v Power Cord On A Playstation 220v

This is a Playstation 125v power cord. As you can see:

We have a Playstation 220v PAL. With a adapter at the end, can we plug it into the 220v PS and will it work without any danger?

As long as your PAL PS receives 220VAC at 50Hz, everything should be fine. What is this adapter you speak of? You won't be able to use that cable directly to power a PAL PS in North America due to 110-120VAC at 60Hz current.
