So, Which 1.0 PSU generates the least amount of heat? I was thinking about the Delta Electronics one because is has less heatsinks on it but perhaps not. I don't exactly have a thermal camra.

Unfortunately I doubt there would be anyone out there doing thermal measurements on X-Box PSU's, so I doubt your question will be answered without having to guess.
But, the PSU with less heatsinking would be the one dissipating less heat. It all comes down to design.
The Delta types had less heatsinks, so go with that type if you have one.

My foxlink got a lot hotter then my delta that i now use. I forget the readings i took , but the delta is actually cooler, despite its small heatsinks.
