Xenogc 2.0 Pal Mode?

NTSC GameCube
Installed XenoGC v2.0
Boots games
But .. when i go into the the shell it rolls like its in PAL mode or something.

Also it will only go into the the shell if there is a game in the cube .. Is this normal?

New install .. Same thing ... guess its normal!
