Though I am proudest of this:
(the two resistors are the same size as the LPC resistors on the xbox.  how's that for some trick soldering?

for those who care it is two 50ohm resistors forming a 100 ohm termination for a differential signal with a center tapped load to ground of 15pF.
The signal was 400mV Pk-Pk on a 1V dc offset (hence the cap is ideally neutral to the diff signal, but provides a load to and common mode signal).  I had to build a total of 28 of these to load the entire system bus.

well have you ever tried replacing one without a soldering iron? i didnt think so, so we decided to have some fun. kinda like plugging a car speaker into 110V.  tongue.gif

LOL Ya, me and my buddy tried plugging in a 200v 120uF cap into an outlet... lots of sparks.
