Hi there.

I successfully installed a x-changer 2.5 to a xbox version 1.6. I flashed m8 bios and it works like a charm.
I backed up the content of the old xbox hdd via ftp.
Now i installed a factory new seagate 120 GB and set the jumpers to cable select.
When i start the xbox now, i get a blank x-changer os menu with no content.

When i change the hdd to the old one it works again!
Does anyone know what to do?
I also updated the os but without success.
