Apperantly posts only get read here if there at the very top so here it goes, I've got alot more work to do, lighting, windows, maybe painting the base and the end of the controller but as of right now here is my playstation.

Thanks for all the reply's, i took out some of the flaws(i.e. the scratches in the cd tray)with just a little sandpaper, alot of time, and a bit o' elbow grease. I am re-painting the cd tray tonight, i hope i can add the window and lights tomorrow and have pics up by sunday, again thanks for all the response.

I AM FINISHED!!!
after 5 hours of work last night, i got the window and led's installed and it looks beautiful, the only real problem is that radio shack sent me bad led's so i got 1 super bright, and the rest where dull. but it came out looking real good so here are the pics:

Very, very tight. May I ask why you appeared to have painted the controller cables though? Wouldn't the paint make them stiff and just peel off soon anyway?

What i did is i taped over the cables(notice chip board and most of the cord in bag) and i just painted the plastic, however it rained the day i had them out drying and the paint on the controller was still a little wet so i have to repaint it, thats y it isnt in the lighted pics. but thanks for all the positive feedback.
