The only mod available is the region switch mod to switch between US mode and Jap mode. I don't recall which two points the switch (some ppl wire it to the reset button) is wired to...I think the points are called R6.

its EXTREMELY easy to do there are two pins on the mobo the determines if it a japanese or american gamecube sorry no uk or pal i have mine wired to a switch so if its in japanese mode the led is blue if its american its red

Be careful though... A lot of websites post wrong information on this mod (i.e... tell you to connect the wrong points) because they assume too much...

I have done this mod (very cool results in the end)... And I would only trust THIS guide...
