I bought it when it first came out (imported it from Japan) and finished it about a week later. It's a great game, but not as good as Ocarina of Time. I liked the graphics and the theme is the same: find Master Sword and defeat Ganondorf, but altogether too easy. Much easier than Ocarina. The bosses are easy; it's more on the exploration side than the challenge of fighting or defeating bosses.
One thing I wished Nintendo would lessen is the tediousness inherent in its games. They make you do one thing over and over, like Mario Sunshine. How many times must I gather 8 red coins to get one stupid sunshine or star! And in Zelda, I had to find a map to find another map which led me to another map which led me to the triforce piece.
The most fun level was the one with the "flying bird girl." That temple rivals that of Ocarina or any Zelda game.
