Neo 4 Mod Chip For Sale (for Ps2)

The chip I have is supposedly a Neo 4.1 mod chip.  I bought it a while back and never bothered to install it.  It says "NEO 4" on the board, but like I said, It was sold to me as a Neo 4.1  Any serious offers will be considered.  Buyer pays shipping and insurance if they want it.  Shouldn't cost much to ship such a small package.  I will only take Paypal.
