V1c Ps2 With A Magic 3 Mod?

I went to go mod my ps2 and it turns out to be a V1C ps2 (thats not a problem) but going to remove the power supply was... seems like its not clipped in but soldered in heh. anyone who has modded their PS2 v1C console with a Magic 3 modchip please pm me on how you removed the power supply and i will reward you greatly.
