but anyway your pc cant read the disks!!!

warbeast, PC DVD drives can only read the DVD movie that says "This is an xbox disc"...blah blah blah.  These files are what you're seeing.  You need to read it in your Xbox.  If you have a modchip, this is possible now, using evolutionX.
