Xbox Controller ?

if the xbox xontroller has lost its center position like becomae worm or something ............anyone know a place to get that pladtic peice that controls that ? and or some thumbsticks also i would hate in the future not be able to use the xbox becasue my controlls are worm.............my nes controllers still work to this day biggrin.gif
