Cold Cathode Quesiton

I'm thinking about popping four CC tubes in my case
I'm gonna rig it so they all are connected together, so they can all be turned on and off at the same time
The switch that i'm using has an output of 12v or 7v   LINK
Would the CC's have the same brightness when all hooked up to the switch?
