Imus should not have gotten fired.

Now that he is fired what does that mean... nothing much he's FILTHY rich he will be  A ok.

Imus directed his comments directly towards someone and thus placed a face and name to "nappy heady hoes" unlike rappers who may use the language much like everyone else, they don't associate a particular person(s) with the language they use. Imus slipped and there was enough media coverage to blow the whole thing out of proportion.

Personally Micheal Richards (Kramer) should have gotten skinned far worst than Imus was for his blatant racist heart.

Yea I mean the sponsors control television and radio, not necessarily the broadcasting companies themselves, and covering Imus would just have cost a lot of money.  

I do find it hypocritical that the entire hip-hop culture is based on the word 'nigga' and 'ho'... and it doesn't seem to be a problem to them.
