The mod-chip business is reportedly dominated by organized crime rings,
such as Quebec's Hells Angels and the Big Circle Boys in Ontario and British Columbia.
Hmm.
This is very funny indeed.
OPA has been here in Toronto for 20 years now, and have always been building mods
for Video Games since the very start, even producing those 64in1 SNES carts.
But Bikers? -- I don't know were they that from, most of the mod-chip business in Ontario
has been taken over by the China clones and I never see one of them with Biker or on
Motorcycle.
I know almost everyone in this business including the guys running the Divneo.ca branch
out of Montreal and most of hot market in BC, along with all the stores in Ontario doing
modding and shipping products out like "modchip.ca", etc.
But Again Bikers? --- I only know of one store that ONCE took a silent $1,000 investment
from a EX-biker, and they after five years in business got shut-down by a RCMP operation.
And there is many good laws here in Canada, and the china-malls get raided at least once
or twice a year for the pirate-movies or audio-cds being sold.
True there is no law against modding your own system, but stores selling pre-modded systems
have been raided, but no action against them afterwards, or any action towards ".ca" websites.
Personally I know alot of the RCMP here, and they are too busy worry about the REAL problems
here in Canada, and Bikers here are mostly into FAKE prescription drugs which I think we need
LAWs against these BAD people, as it can hurt and KILL people. Mod-chips don't hurt people.
Even the china-market is more busy in Toronto with Sweatshops producing FAKE hip-hop
products from shoes to cloths and cd's, which is more money than cheap $10 modchips.
