Controller Problem

Its strange. I cant find a short or anything else wrong with it. But randomly when playing a game the "R" trigger thinks I am holding it down and wont stop.  Anyone have any idea why its doing this.  The controller is in great condition and did not recieve any abuse in any way.  Its the official "S" controller.
