ill take a step towards our freedom anytime.

on the backside.. genesis, TG16, nes, and snes will now be off limits thanks to the almighty wii.

true, which is not very many at this point, and the prices are kind of extreme in my opinion.

so this means that XDK is abandonware ??? M$ is no longer producing xbxs and not so many companies are making another xbox game... so it is legal to hack a xbx ???

"abandonware remains covered under copyright law until its copyright term expires."

Maybe I'm just not law suavy enough but hasn't this been the case for a while? Isn't this the way it's been covered in the DMCA?

This really doesn't mean much as previous posted Nintendo won't abandon any of their software but I guess its good for mame roms and fba roms.
