Well guess what, in PERFECT WORLD the retailer would be held responsible. But in reality no one goes for small fish, LIK-Sang, they go for the BIG FISH, Sony.
Sony could be portrayed as a company that did not do enough to "prevent", XX, from happening. There by showing neglence on their part. Lawsuits like this happen every day and will continue to do so. Had Lik-Sang complied and STOPPED SELLING SONY goods, they would still be around today.
As far as stock, I would assume that Lik-Sang gets their stock from retail outlets over in Hong Kong.
