If you notice anti-dumping laws in the list of existing laws in your country, don't be fooled.
Most of them apply only to distributors (difference between purchase price and resale price can't be negative according to these laws, so it protects small distributors against big distributors, only small distributors)

So, in many cases, small manufacturers are not protected against big manufacturers using dumping.
