the point is that black ppl make very racist remarks (to me personaly, and to others)
ive had a black kid tell me its ok for him to say something racist to me because his ancestors where enslaved years ago
how the hell does that make any sense??? its not like im the racist slave owner, so in his eyes because his ancestors where inslaved my my ancestors its ok for him to make racial slurs to me (many others besides just cracker), well i can turn that around and say "because my ancestors enslave yours i can enslave you"
i hate when black ppl try to bring up slavery as a reason to fight against the "white tyrant"
and i really luv when they want reparations for it, like they had to go trought the hardship of slavery, its just a stupid spam to make some quick cash

xmedia, i think your missing the point
The emancipation proclamation was designed to start a slave uprising, and scare the crap out of the south.  This didnt happen, and myself and Vader are trying to explain why.   You are using the lack of rebellion for a claim of general apathy on the part of the slaves, while we are arguing that the slaves were completely unaware of the realistic option of rebellion.  

You claimed that the blacks didnt fight for their freedom during the civil war.  The civil war was not fought over slaves.  In fact slavery was not outlawed until after the civil war.  The slaves who did live in the north, and who were aware of the slavery undertones involved with the war did fight for their freedom.  They also faced ridicule and difficulty in joining the war.  Many chose not to fight, since they were aware that they would either be refused military service, or turned into cannon fodder.

Once again, your knowledge of the history surrounding the middle of the 19th century is severly lacking.
