This kid needs to be thrown in Juvy and shown who's his daddy just like in the British movie Scum. And I think the grandfather shouldn't be charged for improper storage because the gun was locked up and the little bastard broke in through a window to get it. However he should be fined since he knew it was stolen and didn't report it.

i understand him getting in trouble but why the fuck was he suspended
they say he was because the school has a zero tolerance policy but the gun was never brought to the school (although at the begining of the article it made it sound like that was the intent) but suddenly at the end of the article it states that he never intended to bring it to the school and that the trade would be made at his house, then why the fuck was he suspended if it gun wasnt even inteded to go to the school
i think that its all a bunch a libral crap

It's called punishment for those who don't know what it means. On top of his suspension he should get (imo) community service in A&E wards and he might see the devistation gun crime leaves behind.
