It could be a biased article to stir up more anti-american sentiment, or it could be true. A few of my friends are seriously fucked in the head after campaigns in Afghanistan and Iraq, they relay some similarly shocking tales of members from their strike forces.

You're absolutely right... it'd be no different from the multitude of acts committed in vietnam.  Let's hope it's a gross exaggeration.

as fake as this could be, even if it was true, the part about the brother running and shooting at the soldiers...?

yeah, they failed to mention that the parents may have been armed or something like that, ive heard crazy stuff of what the iraqi's do. now on the flip side, the us soldiers arent saints either, and i've heard some seriously screwed up stuff from our side as well as theirs.
