Has Anyone Read "rise To Globalism"

I was just wondering if anyone here has read Rise To Globalism By Stephen E. Ambrose and Douglas G. Brinkly.

It's required for this political science elective class, "US foreign politics 1945-present"

I've only read the first few chapters but so far it's the most interesting historical book i've ever read.  It starts with WWII and goes to the Clinton Admin.... i'm still in WWII.  I was just wondering if anyone else had read this book and was wondering what you thought of it.
