Right, cause our government sending $350,000,000 is doing nothing right? Britain sent (don't remember if it was pounds or dollars.. but the number value was:) 90,000,000, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say it was pounds... and since the exchange rate is close to $2, $180,000,000.
The United States government gave the largest donation of any single government. Do a bit of research before you come to conclusions.

Think he meant a better chance of having that chunk of the valcano falling off creating a tsunami, not being hit by a tsunami in general.
