Xbox Wont Start Up Properly

i just tryed moding my xbox when i went to turn it on to see if it worked the xbox just flashed orange/green and turded its self off then it turns it self back on but the fan wont turn but you can hear it trying then turns back off and back on . so i unsoldered every thing to see if it was a bad soldering but it still does it . any ideas?
