this is the same with my xbox exact same situation i think my mobo isnt workin anymore thats why its givin me that so i think i have to replace the mobo and hdd in order to fix it.

Mine does say call for support,I've never opened it,
actually I have 2 xbox, and xbox 1 has been moded,all of a sudden drive will not open smoothly,it shakes while it opens,and will not read any games,orginal or burnt,then I put on the backup(unmoded) on for my crying son,he played a game for little while and then the game got stuck,after rebooting it is showing flashing red/green light,only thing I may have done wrong was using the power supply for xbox1 for xbox2.I dont know which versions are these,but pretty sure xbox2 is older.
can anyone help me please?
