How are they not similar in any ways other than the obvious (location and casualties)?
Or are you just afraid to agree with me, even on a topic unrelated to any argument here?
You're an idiot. |
How you can call someone a fool for comparing Vietnam to Iraq, and then compare it to our involvement in WW2...
The allies entrance into WW2 was a direct result of German agression Europe. The coalitions entrance into Iraq was a direct result of Coalition agression against Iraq due largely to a falsified link between 9/11 and Iraq.
Germany invaded Poland (after an extreme build up of military) which directly started WW2.
Iraq invaded Kuwait a decade before the war on terrorism.
In WW2, the US entered because Japan (who was already well involved in WW2 on the side of the axis) attacked America. In Iraq, the US entered largely because Al Queda (with no real link to Iraq) committed terrorist acts against America.
Germany posed a direct threat to the United States and its allies, and the US eventually cooperated with them in order to defeat a common danger.
Iraq's proposed threat was a WMD program that was never actually substantiated, and the US was immediately cooperated with (formerly) strong allies to defeat a common target.
Nemt, really. Stop proving my points for me.
You're an idiot.
