lol even though i said i would never again respond to your post vince i feel for the last time I must tell you about history...

in ww2 there were 2 sides.. The Axis and Allied forces....

the axis were the people who started the war..

The axis were Germany, Japan and Italy... They thought they were the master race of the world...

they succeded in takeing over many lands in there conquest to rule the world...

The jews, people of europe, amerians people in n. africa did not ask for this.. they were not responsible for the deaths on both sides.. The people who are responsible are the invaders... the people who chose to go to war... the americans did not ask for the sinking of the lufistiana? the jews did not ask to be shipped to death camps.. the english did not ask for v2 rockets and bombing raids to be conducted with no regard for civilian life.. The men at perl harbor did not ask the japan to lauch a sneak attack on us with out a proper declaration of war.. did you notice how we gave saddam a deadline....  it just goes to show your lack of understanding of history so once again this will be the last time i respond to your idiotic posts.. you are the forum sucks... I would expect to find at least some mild intelligence here.. You made alot of posts about 8 to 10 us service men abuseing non uniformed insurgents.. but i dont hear you even bring up the death camps run in germany and the ww2 pow camps in your post about how japan only sneak attack the usa.. once again a lack of knowledge of history on your part... your whole rant out the alamo is the dumbest thing i have ever read in my life.. so go on posting you ill informed post... i just home people who read them are not a gullable and as ignorant as yourself... so i will keep posting my articles about how the usa has done good for the world in a attempt to keep the forum balanced... see how hard it is to argue with some one who can not only out wit but out smart you... i unlike you dont go looking for data i know it before i post...  so with that i bid you good day maby one day you can grasp the reality of the world.. but untill then..

Goddamn, he has a lack of knowledge of history? The Lusitania was before the US's entrance into WW1, and yes they were asking for it, they boarded a ship of a nation at war (Great Britain), 2 days after Germany declared it would open fire on all ships suspected of carrying arms (The Lusitania was carrying arms).

The men at Pearl Harbor didn't deserve it, but the President of the United States allowed it to happen, there's more than substantial evidence that FDR knew of the attacks.

To be fair, only germany thought they were the master race, Japan was just imperialistic, and Italy was just facist.

WW2 was also a direct result of WW1, a war that The Black Hand started, and Germany was blamed for.

I don't know Colonel, I hold the U.S. responsible for Pearl Harbor. They stopped exporting goods to Japan, they had drills of how a surprise attack could affect the base, FDR neglected to send a decoder to Pearl Harbor despite the fact that we had broken the Japanese code, and most conveniently, all the high cost ships, such as Carriers and non-obsolete ships were out to sea, the only ships left were WW1 leftovers. The U.S. knew it would be a target to Japan, I'd say the U.S. at least knew about the attack, and not informing your troops is as good as attacking them yourself.

FDR didn't order the bombings, and I do believe it's better that we got into WW2, I'm not one for social darwinism. I guess I just don't like the sacrifices that at times must be made.

Keep running your mouth Pug, about how you have some "greater understanding" of history than the rest of us. What ship sunk just prior to WW2? Idiot, you didn't even get the time period right, but you manage to ignore the post that points you out for the tool that you are.

I wouldn't mind if they had democracies in the mid-east, but who are we to force our idealogies upon them?

If you understand their (their NOT your) societies you'd understand you can't force something they don't know much about.

Capitalistic countries are not "world"-democratic. The only way you can be a capitalistic country is if you rip-off other countries. On the other hand that's done by Europe as well. Socialistic countries at least don't try to make LDC-countries poorer, as you have to with capitalism.

me im in USA. i dont like to ever agree with them 2. most of the time im against them but the ignorance from these threads. u have to either take the side of the arogant republican or the people who may be to far against U.S. for my liking.

just because i dont share your ignorance means i live in a different country?
see you are a fool. to think everyone who lives here doesnt see the bull shit going on in our country.

maybe if you start thinking a little bit you would realize the only people that seem to be with you are those that dont care about human life unless it lives in the u.s.

It seems I have little left to take care of. Drunkpug, you may not agree with out point of view, but you seem unwilling to defend yours. You end every post with, "I'm done posting in this thread." You never seem to argue my posts succesfully. The Axis powers were bad, so their deaths count. But the Allied powers killed people and those people were not with the Allied powers so their lives are less significant? A life is a life, you seem unable to realize that.

As far as my list of sources, you condemned me for first saying I listen to Michael Moore and promoting a site like moveon.org. Then, when I list sources from books I have read, you tell me that is also bad? What kind of source should I use? The gossip passed to me through other ignorant people? You give us what you know....where did you learn what you know? Middle-School....High-School? If you had paid any attention then you would have realized in school history is never fully represented to you until you get to around an AP course grade. For example, Colombus goes from being good to bad. Pearl Harbor goes from being a tragedy to being a calculated loss. And yes, even the Alamo, believe it or not, goes from a tragedy to another calculated loss. I have researched most of the subjects I present to great detail. Watching Michael Moore makes my points no less valid. After all, you believe everything your President says....and yet in 10 years or so you may find he was lying all along.

Furthermore, you consider me enlightened? By what, you have presented little facts. The only thing you posted was a good deed the US did. I consider you brain-washed. You either refuse to acknowledge or have a failure of comprehending what is going on in the world today. Did you not know the original deadline for a main portion of the US forces to leave Iraq was THIS June? The deadlines keep getting pushed back and you are only hoping you won't be stuck there for a decade like Vietnam.

I feel there is little left for me to say, I have posted several times sources and reasons for my believes and you have refuted them in an unintelligent manner. You provide me with no sources, you provide me with links to media controlled websites. While these have some credibility, it is very little. I may like Michael Moore, but I do not use him as a source.
