The constitution refers specifically to americans, it has nothing to do with the rights or freedoms of anyone in any other nation, nor should any state governing document.  Nothing gives the people of one nation the right to determine what freedoms anyone else should have, and though America isn't isolationist anymore, the leaders still have an obligation to put citizens of the US before citizens of any other country.

There could never be a justified war against the US, say what you want about Bush (it just proves your ignorance) but the US will never be ruled by a tyrant, it will never invade its neighbors, and it will never murder and oppress its people.  The hypothetical question is worthless, and I don't respond to worthless questions.

If Americans were only interested in American liberty then why the fuck are your marines shooting wedding guests in Iraq? You are talking shit Nemt and although you're far too arrogant to admit it, I just hope you can understand how you come off in your posts.
You are a product of the system. You probably won't even recognise that your country is the worst example of 'terrorists' in the world. Historically offering political and economic support to just about every shitty deed that's ever been labelled 'terrorism'. You are a bunch of hypocrits who preach 'Do as I say, not as I do.', and when the U.N. tries to pull on the leash, your representatives boycott, just like they did at the last Geneva Convention.
It would satisfy me greatly if America were identified for what it truely is, a country full of under educated people trying desperately to make history simply because you don't have one of your own.

Lots of wedding guests don't carry any form of identification and assemble on the Syrian border in weapons/training facility for foreign insurgents.  I guess the Syrian border is like Iraq's Vegas, anything goes there!

id assume your referring to iraq, since thats what this thread pretty much turned into, and if you think just because of 9/11, iraq was a threat, you need to learn something, anything.

first off, iraq has not directly attacked or threated the US, ever (even the gulf war, they were not a threat to the US, just to other countries). but now that 9/11 happened every american that doesnt know shit (including you nemt) thinks, "omg, they could kill us, omg there weapons will kill us, omg hax0r" (when, even then iraq never had ICBM's, or missiles of such to reach the US), so we went in there for "our personal security" (which is kind of selfish, dont you say)??

second, if iraq was harboring terrorist's, they would have just left once we attacked, and a terrorists is just some ordinary citizen, so it wouldnt be to hard for them to hide among ordinary people untill they found another opportunity to strike us, frankly i feel that by having such a strong pressence in the middle east, were just stirring up a shit storm, which gives terrorism more reasons to attack

but, i already know your going to reply back saying i need to spell better and learn politics, but frankly, this isnt politics, its common sense.
