If the women doesnt want the baby she should have the choice.
There are enough unwanted children that will never be loved already.

As BM is a women her opinion counts double in this thread.

if the topic was about an abortion that affected her then thats fine to say that, but her general view on the topic of abortion is of no more importance than the rest of ours...

I dont think men should have any say whatsoever in something that concerns only women. What if Bloodymary fell pregnant at the worst possible time? She might have split up from her b/f hubby, lost her job and become depressed. Then a few weeks later finds out she is pregnant. BM might say i would want the baby nut not every women would. Why should we say you have to have it??

This makes it WAY to easy to allow people to be completely careless about how they have sex.  You do have to be responsible with these kinds of things, I agree people shouldn't be poppin out unwanted children left and right, but how can you condone "Oh well, looks like I got pregnant again, we'll just kill it."

It's the woman's body, tumors are organic, we kill them anyway, same with parasites, just because it's alive doesn't mean you don't have the right to your body :-P.

Of course a fetus and a parasite are different, and I've seen how they do abortions after the first trimester, it's disgusting, but before then, it's not so bad, either way you'd have to assume that the fetus has any idea or concept of what's going on anyway.

Then again, I'm also for Euthenasia (sp?)
So go figure.

What the devil are you talking about.  What the hell is a nut not?  I bet that it hurts.  I think that you should edit that reply and bridge the language gap.

i believe a fetus is PART of the mother... its an extension of herself...

im confused. in another thread you said you had lesbian friends but didnt agree with gay marriage because they would wave it in our faces.

the truth according to you, therefore opinion, not fact...

and you havent really made any compelling arguments to sway anyone towards your point of view, other than saying that its 'wrong' and a bunch of caustic remarks about killing children...

i doubt anyone here thinks abortion is an acceptable means of birthcontrol, but some would agree that in certain circumstances it is whats best for the people involved...

Your confusion stems from your belief that all lesbians think alike...

I believe that I stated that very clearly...

Certaintly, I know from reading your posts that your views differ (or even conflict) with my own, that is ok...

Each person is an individual...

I feel that I've already well stated my beliefs on the abortion subject... many will disagree with them.. many will agree with them..

Many people are trying to adopt.  If you are completely irresponsible and fear accountability then give the child life and put it up for adoption.  I think that those individuals that commit abortion do not want to be inconvenienced by carrying the baby to term.  If this is the case then commit abortion the old fashioned way, Jump off of a cliff.  Take yourself out of the Gene pool completely.
