What Band And Song Are These Lyrics From?

I want to see if you know, I do.  If you listen to them, I am going to guess that you know.  First guess, then google them.  Here they are: "But we are an elite race of our own, The Stoners, Junkies and Freaks".  They are also in my sig.

I would have loved to see AIC, but I dont want to see them without Layne Staley.
