I like the floyd...   The Wall (as in the movie) is crazy as hell.  I heard their music before but didn't start listening until after that movie.   IF you haven't seen it yet see it.  (This isn't directed at you PrintNameHere)

Yeah the movie is some crazy stuff. Waters has signed a deal to make The Wall into a broadway show, he found that the movie did not portray his idea well enough.

Pink Floyd, are one of my all-time favourite bands.

I have all of their albums and have seen them in concert over 10 times (over the past 20 years) in various countries around the world.

My top 5 Albums:

Momentary Lapse of Reason
Obscured by Clouds
The Wall
Delicate Sound of Thunder
Dark Side of the Moon

That's called Dark Side of the Rainbow and if it's the digital copy I'm thinking of it's perfectly done and it's the same one that they show in theaters every once in awhile.

Bump!
I saw the second best thing to Pink Floyd last week, The Australian Pink Floyd show! They may not be pink floyd and the may be Australian, but they can still kick ass. If they tour near you I recommend you go see them. They did all the favourites from all albums... I loved it. smile.gif

some of the floyd tribute bands are great, one in the UK called Masque are one that is defenatly worth seeing as they do the whole Dark side set and sound superb.

I went to see floyd in 94, was a superb gig. Its a damned shame they havent done anything in recent years sad.gif

I am only 20 but I can respect what they have done. I remember my mom used to list to the wall over and over. I got used to it and thought these guys have huge talent. I say they will be remembered as one of the most influential people in music of all time
