Diagnose My Xbox
« on: August 04, 2006, 12:22:00 PM »

Ok I dont have the xbox yet but In a few days I will be getting an xbox that has a problem.  First the kid told me that he opened the hdd and since then things would randomly not save.  Then I asked him to get a pic of the dvd tray opened and he said ok and went to take a pic and now he said when he presses the eject button the light just flashes green and the screen freezes after MS come on the screen.  I have a feeling this has something to do with the hdd but can anyone tell me exactly what this problem is and what the cheapest way to fix it would be.  Thanks  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I hope hes talking about the xbox 360... but tell him to push the bezel in, because my samsung drive allways sticks when i hit the eject button, and i need to push on the bezel for it to slide out the tray, my xbox 1 does this too. But are you buying this online man, because this sounds rather fishy.  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pop.gif) goodluck
