Lg Tv Picture Goes Out

I work at Ratshack and i notcied that our LG tv's picture cuts oput when the picture gets too bright. with explosions or camera flashes etc. it just  cuts out for a second then comes back.
its contrast ratio is 1600:1 and it is a 32" lcd

1366x768 resolution
and it is running off of component cables hooked up to hd dish network

Problem with the Inverter Panel. Usually C53 or C55. 0.22UF Polyester type
