Ok so im looking for a good screen and ive found what im looking for 22" W/S Proview LCD for $335

can this screen handle the full resolution of my xbox? which i think is 1080P right? if not what's the higherst i will be able to use my xbox at? ive got the legit Micro$oft cable and it looks fine on my 19inch so cant wait to upgrade whats your opinion is there anything i should know or be worryed about?
