Buying A New Tv

Looks like a great set! Did you 360 come with a scart or a component cable? Component would be much preferred. If you run component, set your 360 to 720p, and you also have the option of buying a VGA cable and setting it 1360*768, which matches the TV's native resolution of 1366*768 almost exactly.

It is cheap but.. there are some problems with the LE series LCD sets.
Cogging on verticals is one. I have also had back light failure on a few now and inverter panel problems. I only see the faulty ones so it doesn't mean they will all fail, but the cogging effect I have seen on every install and every repair. Noticeable on FTA and DVB. Not as noticeable HD through HDMI. The effect is slight and many of my customers do not even know it is there but it put me off buying one. Depends how picky you are.
Cabinet and appearance wise these are smart looking TVs.

The xbox just came with the standard HD cable with the prem version, and thanks for telling me it's a good tv

but i read that sony bravias of 37" have like 13000:1 contrast ratio where as that has only 8000:1 does that make a big difference
