I got a 27in flat screen tube from best buy.  First I got a Sony but there was a line down the screen when I used my 360 with component cables.  Then I got this.  Its a good picture but it seems distorted sometimes more then others.  Maybe its the bowl I usually smoke before playing, but It is always in the top left corner and seems to appear in the middle left side of the screen too.  The tv is fine with regular cable, HD signals, and my dvd player - no distortion.  Thats 2 tvs that have defects with the 360 and component cables.  I still havnt tried rca cables because when I plugged them in real quick it looked shitty and darker.  I was thinking that maybe CRT's arent really compatible with component cables too well, anyone else ever have problems?

Well, you're not actually putting an HD signal into that TV.  It can only do 480i, so component is not a requirement.  Try your composite cables again.
