Psyclone Psc01 Hd Source Selector

hey, newbie here. So is the Psyclone Source Selector TRUE HD? I have a TV with the Blue/Green/Red  inputs as well as the true Hi-Def inputs. If I use the Xbox 360 or my HD cable,  will it transfer as true HD? Might be a stupid question, but I know my PS2 works in the composite video input, but not the HD video input. . . Thanks!
