Most of the time it seems they don't send any codes in the emails (even though there is a label for one in the email.) This program seems awfully fishy. I tried running it after I installed it and after i pushed the next button which allowed it connect to the internet (which is strike 2 after the fishy no-code emails) it said it had an error. I restarted it and it got past that problem allowing it to recognize my drives.

All hard disk drives have the possibility to set a hardware password, thus making the drive completely inaccessible unless a correct password is provided.
WRONG! I wish all hard drives were capable of being locked. Obviously these people haven't been around long if they think that statement is true.
BACK UP your EEPROMs people. Then, hopefully, you won't need money hungry programs like this.Remember it is (supposedly) beta software meaning bugs are quite possible. I hope it does work as I have a couple stock hard drives that are still locked because I didn't unlock them when I installed the new, larger drives into those boxes and my old laptop hard drive crapped on me (the only place I backed up those EEPROMs.) So it would be nice to get those 2 or 3 drives avaible as replacement stock drives.
I appreciate the free trial but the way their software AND website works is BS. If it wasn't free, I'd wouldn't pay a dime for it.
I feel sorry for the people with locked large drives that have to rely on this. Good luck people.
