well if you find a site layout that uses them (check the source) then you can just steal their code.

I know my site uses iframes but the codings a mess so it would probably take a while for you to rifle through it, if you want ll up a simple template similar to your site layout and you can take it from there?

this is sort of what i meant

the main window, the iframe, loads up this page, http://www.apcd53.ds...ene/xe/news.htm, the iframe has a tag, in this case the tag is "content", thus when linking pages you make the target simply point to "content"

feel free to take these pages and molest them to your desire, i just think the absense of visible frames is a vast improvent. Ive upped a rar file of the pages for your ease of download should you choose to. Tey are located here.

Yeah, I think that looks a lot better too, grim. I was going to suggest the same thing.
