How do you make a sig like R8zerBlade has that has a link to a website???

First of all... this would be better posted in the XS GFX section.

Secondly...

Blue background with a black box at the top.  Xbox render with drop shadow.  Xbox with superman logo set to overlay (?).  NeXgen text was custom.  Looks like all text has a 1 or 2 pixel stroke on it.  Maybe a light inner glow and a gradiant?  
Also the username has a drop shadow as well.
To put it simply.. Photoshop most likely.

To link to a URL with an image, just hilight the image so that there is a blue border around it and click the insert link button (blue globe) and type in your link.

I'll move this to the GFX forum since this has nothing to do with PSPs.
