ok all im gonna give you guys the info to get you started
1. You need PHOTOSHOP or another paint program that does layers.
2. Cars (your base is very important you want a high quality starting pic) heres some links to high res car pages i know of.

These are the basic things you need. You'll need source pics for parts as you get more advanced like rims,intercoolers and such.
