It definitely has potential. Raise the opacity on the text a whole lot. I can't even read it.

i dont like the colors. pretty bright, and a few. a good grunge sig that ive seen around here is modderxtrodenare. border. only part of the text that i can read is the 7.

, but thing is, I lost all those brushes. And I think i saw it in n00bfraggers tutorial on installing brushes. Or someones. But it told me to type something in to DA and I went from there to find the brush pack I wanted, but I dont remember what I searched for, and that was a long time ago and many HD refreshes ago.

Yea, I cant read the text saunders, I'm guessing it is supposed to be graffiti on a wall?

by fixing the text, it looks a lot better. still not liking the colors though. since its a grunge theme, the bright orange, pink, and yellow colors dont fit that well.

Your font is the exact same as the one on your current sig. It's a nice font but you should mix it up a bit. Also maybe make it just a bit brighter or you can't tell what the background scheme is.
