Tell him I hope he gets better. I know how much being in a hospital sucks. wink.gif

I hated being in the hospital too.  Tell him we all wish him a speedy recovery.

Man, I feel bad for him.  Even the newbie (VERY newbie) will take a crack at this.  At least it will be good practice for me, right?

Well, at least he has a good friend that cares about him, plus all of us are pulling for him to get better and back riding ASAP.

Here they are.  I have two variations.  The other one simply has some horizontal scanlines, which I feel adds a good effect to this particular sig.

Sig 1:
IPB Image

Sig 2:IPB Image

Of course he doesn't have to use them, just throwing them out there.
To get the "shadow effect (not sure if that's what it's called, butn that's what I'M calling it)" I used the extract tool to get my images, then used created a brush from the render.  Then, the rest is history and clearly seen (this may be common, IDK, but I thought it would look cool).

Hope there are some other great submissions, and that your buddy feels better.

PS: I'm not too good with backgrounds as of yet.

To be honest, I have no idea what Imageready is.  Sorry.  You might be able to make them in GIMP, which is pretty much the "open source" Photoshop.  It's not as good, but from what I've heard comes darn close for not having to pay a single cent.
