Addition to the SOTW duty:

* No pre-made sigs allowed.

We let it slide last time, but that was something that we neglected to anticipate. Besides, the point of SOTW is too create a sig for the contest. I know not everyone was here last time, but now it's "set in stone."

I think I have one more we should add.
You are disqualified if you do not follow the rules of the sig in YOUR personal sig yourself. Ppl who do not follow the rules of the forums shouldnt even be given the chance to win a competition.
