the orb itself looks awesome. The little guy inside looks like a diferent quality kinda ruff. If its on a layer by itself id say try a tiny gaussian blur. or taking the blur or smudge tool at a low strength to it. The orb has very nice details

nah, looks like bad quality to me. also the two things on the right side of his head got cut.

nope not at all, image ready is for animation, illustrator is for logos and things for high-res
